Mediation

With the international cooperations and projects, expert members of Parla International Arbitration and Mediation Center contributes to the development of mediation in Turkey and in the World.

The mediation process is managed by our expert mediators and the interests, expectations and requests of the parties are all evaluated in the most effective way throughout the process. Our mediators offer the best settlement solution based on their professional experience and use effective communication skills in any stage of the process.

Services at our center include mandatory consumer disputes, commercial disputes and labor disputes as well as voluntary mediation in the field of contract and family law.

Arbitration

Parla International Arbitration and Mediation Center provides arbitation services in both national and international disputes through cooperations with national and international institutional arbitration centers.

In institutional arbitration, the own procedural rules of the collaborating institution are applied to the arbitration process and the administration of the arbitration takes place within the framework of these institutional rules.

Ad hoc arbitration can be preferred in cases where the parties want to be predominantly decisive in the administration of the arbitration process. In this case, the parties themselves determine the arbitrator or arbitral tribunal, the place of arbitration, and the rules to be applied to the arbitration procedure, unlike institutional arbitration.
