He has extensive experience in law of contracts, international commercial law, dispute resolution and arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, technology law, defense and aerospace law, international sanctions and export control, intellectual property law.

Yavuz Selim Günay provides strategic legal services to his local and international clients. He also represents Turkish clients investing abroad. Before founding Günay&Erdoğan, he served as the Head of Legal and Contracts of a leading Turkish defense and IT company.
