Our mediators offer the best settlement solution based on their professional experience and use effective communication skills in any stage of the process.<\/p><p>Services at our center include mandatory consumer disputes, commercial disputes and labor disputes as well as voluntary mediation in the field of contract and family law.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Arbitration<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Parla International Arbitration and Mediation Center provides arbitation services in both national and international disputes through cooperations with national and international institutional arbitration centers.<\/p><p>In institutional arbitration, the own procedural rules of the collaborating institution are applied to the arbitration process and the administration of the arbitration takes place within the framework of these institutional rules.<\/p><p><em>Ad hoc <\/em>arbitration can be preferred in cases where the parties want to be predominantly decisive in the administration of the arbitration process.
