According to Article 73\/A of Consumer Protection Law before filing a lawsuit related to consumer disputes over 10.390 Turkish Liras and the disputes which cannot be determined with money before consumer courts mediation process is mandatory.<\/p><p>Which commercial disputes are exempted from the mandatory mediation is laid down in the Article 73\/A.
